At all speaking engagements a product table will be available to encourage continued learning and follow up resources to explain further the information Mike shares.

Finances:

There are 3 ways Mike Huey Seminars can be paid:

1.       An Honorarium.  If this option is preferred, the amount will be agreed to with Mike Huey before the engagement.  Please have this check available for Mike at the completion of the final speaking event.  This check should be a separate check from the reimbursement expenses check.  All checks should be made out to “Mike Huey Seminars.”

2.       A reduced honorarium if Mike Huey is allowed to offer a follow up seminar from the platform or stage.

3.       If the talk is a Sunday morning church service, an offering and ability to offer a follow up seminar is acceptable.

Scheduling:

A date is NOT final until a completed confirmation packet is sent back to us and we confirm receipt.

The organization will cover travel expenses incurred by Mike Huey and his associate.  These expenses include, but are not limited to:

Airfare- In ministry settings Mike believes in the model Jesus used for His disciples by sending them out “two by two.” Mike models the mentoring he talks about to men and may bring one of his apprentices.  If a church has asked him to speak to both men and women, Mike often brings his wife.  She ministers powerfully and deeply to women and is highly involved in women’s ministries for the state of Minnesota.   Therefore, we ask that the host church or organization cover airfare for two.  Mike Huey Seminars will be responsible for booking the tickets.  All effort will be used to be both affordable in cost and efficient in time.  Once the tickets have been purchased, Mike Huey Seminars will provide the organization with the flight itinerary and receipt. We ask reimbursement be made within 5 days off receipt.

Hotel Accommodations- The host organization is responsible for the lodging for Mike Huey. Please keep in mind that Mike is on the road much of the year. His hotel often serves as his home, office, & study. He is a Spire Elite member of the IHG hotel group  (Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge Suites, Candlewood Suites, are some of the types of hotels in that group). www.ihg.com Because of his status with them we can often get a nicer room at a lower cost. If that group of hotels is not available in your area please book a hotel of comparable cleanliness and age.

Meals - Meals & any snacks shall be the responsibility of the host organization. He has a wide range of foods he likes and enjoys home cooked meals as much as restaurants.

Rental Car/Fuel/Transportation – The host shall be responsible for any local transportation needed.
